People need a better understanding of the risks and responsibilities of obtaining residential mortgages, says the Mortgage Broker Regulators’ Council of Canada.

The group has developed online content, as well as a pamphlet for the public that outlines what information your clients should consider before agreeing to a mortgage. Get access to both of those resources here.

Mortgage brokers can use the pamphlets to disclose important facts during initial client discussions, says the MBRCC.
