Goldman Sachs chair and CEO Lloyd Blankfein is getting a bonus $14.7 million in shares alone, according to The New York Times.
Documents the bank filed with the SEC on Jan. 28 show he’s getting 88,422 restricted Goldman shares. The cash portion of his 2013 compensation is expected to be made public in the next few weeks. The Times says it will likely be around $6 million.

Along with his salary of around $2 million, Blankfein’s total compensation for 2013 will be around $23 million—up from $21 million in 2012.
