France has endorsed that peace of mind with a new set of rules designed to protect people working in the digital and consultancy spheres, BBC reports.

Employers and unions have struck an agreement stating that employees will have to switch off work phones after six p.m. and firms can’t pressure them to check in.

The accord affects about a million workers.
