The card itself is the first in Canada to feature two buttons on the front that allow the user to choose between using it as a Visa or as a gift card. Each button has its own light that illuminates when the cardholder chooses either the Visa or Tim Card option. It also has payWave and chip-and-pin features. When using it as a Visa, 1% of each dollar spent is converted into Tim Cash rewards.
Every year, Tim Hortons sells two billion cups of coffee in Canada.
