With FATCA now in full effect, some Americans in Canada are feeling cheated by the country they live in and call home, reports thestar.com.

And they’re taking action. Stephen Kish, a dual U.S.-Canadian citizen, is chair of the Alliance for the Defence of Canadian Sovereignty. The organization is raising money to launch a court challenge.
