AGF Investments is changing the risk rating associated with its Harmony Non-traditional Pool.

The change is reflected in the fund facts of the pool, as well as in the renewal of the Simplified Prospectus of the Harmony Pools and Portfolios, which is dated July 11, 2014.

Following an annual review of all Harmony pools and portfolios under its risk rating methodology, AGF has determined that it’s appropriate to lower the risk rating for its Harmony Non-traditional Pool from “high” to “medium to high.”

No material changes have been made to the investment objective or strategy for that pool.
