A former advisor was charged with fraud and arrested last month.
The former owner of a financial planning firm in Waterloo was arrested in late December following a 14-month police investigation, says CTV.
It says Jennifer Killins—who was previously fined and had her license revoked by the MFDA—was charged with several counts of fraud, theft and forgery.
