A former BlackRock fund manager has been arrested as part of an insider trading investigation in Britain, reports New York Times’ DealBook.

It adds that sources revealed 41-year-old Mark Lyttleton—who’d already left BlackRock—was taken into custody at the end of April. Of late, UK regulators have started to target market abuse in the financial district. Read more.
