Under its new Dollar Menu and More, snacks would cost up to $5. Bloomberg adds the new menu is being tested in five U.S. markets. Some restaurants are trying out $1, $2 and $5 prices, while the others have $1, $1.79 and $4.99 offerings.
For the past two quarters, McDonald’s earnings have been lower than analyst expectations. It has also faced higher prices for ingredients.
