Mackenzie Financial Corporation has increased the risk rating of the Mackenzie Maximum Diversification US Index ETF, moving it from “low to medium” to “medium”.

The fund tracks the performance of the TOBAM Maximum Diversification USA Index and invests primarily in U.S. equity securities. Mackenzie says the risk rating change was made based on CSA’s updated Risk Classification Methodology (which was published in December 2016), but that there are no changes to the investment objectives or strategies of the fund.
