Standard Life Financial Inc. has appointed Jean Guay as senior vice-president, sales and marketing while Graham Nichol will take the position of senior vice-president, customer experience, currently held by Guay, effective June 1.

In his new role, Guay will focus on strengthening the company’s distribution channels and building a strong marketing function while Nichol will ensure intermediaries and customers have an exceptional experience at all times when dealing with Standard Life in Canada.
