Each month, IIROC publishes a list of the floating and tracking error margin rates for Canadian and U.S. index products. The list includes products whose indices qualify under the definition of an index in Dealer Member Rule 100.9(a)(xii).

Effective from February 10, 2015 and until a new list is released in March, the regulator highlights the floating margin rates of a dozen major Canadian products, and of 11 U.S. products. It also offers the current tracking error rates for an equal number (9) of both Canadian and American funds.
