In Canada, the best provinces to retire in are Ontario and Quebec, finds a new survey by Moneysense magazine.

Of the top ten cities for retirees that are listed—the survey looks at average property taxes, for example, and the amount of doctors per 1,000 people in each city—five are in Ontario and four are in Quebec.
