Stocks and commodities have surged, says Financial Times, helping Wall Street hit a fresh five-year high.

Due to improving global sentiment and Chinese trade data, the FTSE All-World Equity Index recently rose 0.9%, hitting a 19-month high. London’s FTSE 100 has also risen to 2008 levels.
