Three of Facebook’s early investors have come together once again to back another college-based start-up, reports ft.com.

The $25 million in financing will be given to Clinkle, a company that offers mobile payment options to university students and merchants surrounding the campuses. Clinkle will also allow students to invite friends to meet them at restaurants, says ft.com, and use a rewards system to offer discounts on food and drinks.
