Perry Capital is suing the U.S. Treasury.

The hedge fund says the Treasury violated the rules associated with its control of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in 2012, reports ft.com. This is because the Treasury requires Perry Capital to direct all profits back to the U.S. government as a dividend.
