Japan is poised to soar, says Josh Ehrlich of ETF Insight.

He adds, “Japanese equities could turn bullish as soon as next month”, though he expects the uptick to occur primarily in 2013.

He says this momentum is arising due to upcoming elections, since the Liberal Democratic Party is challenging the incumbent party, and is pushing for major economic reforms.
