Two former execs of SNC-Lavalin have been charged with fraud, conspiracy and paying bribes, reports The Globe and Mail.

It adds ex-CEO Pierre Duhaime and former construction head Riadh Ben Aïssa have been implicated in a case involving a $1.3-billion hospital contract granted to SNC-Lavalin in 2010.
