2. A $2.3 million castle in Normandy has 10-bedrooms and 8-bathrooms. Meanwhile, a 4-bed townhouse in Williamsburg, Brooklyn comes with a $2.5 million price tag.

3. How about a 19th-century 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom castle in Vienne? It costs $2.6 million. Or, your client could choose a 3-bedroom, 2-bedroom house in Jamaica, Queens for $3.2 million.
