More than two million people from around the globe apply to work at Google each year, reports Business Insider.

So how does the company choose which applicants to bring on? Turns out, this question is answered in a new book by Google’s senior vice-president of people operations, Laszlo Bock. As Business Insider says, Bock claims the company has the process of hiring the best candidates down to a near science.
