Euro Pacific Canada, which acquired Dundee Goodman Private Wealth in January 2016, has changed its name to Echelon Wealth Partners and closed the transaction with Dundee Securities.

In January, Advisor.ca reported that 78 advisors were part of the deal. Today’s release says 72 advisors and related support teams will ultimately be going to Echelon. The advisors will remain in their current offices.

Echelon has also acquired Dundee Securities’ separately managed account program as well as employees related to its fixed income, foreign exchange and insurance businesses.
