Aston Hill Asset Management, the manager of the Aston Hill Global Resource Fund plans to terminate the fund, effective August 20, 2012.
The size of the fund has reduced to a point where the manager believes it’s no longer economically viable to maintain. It will continue to be managed in accordance with its current investment objectives and strategies until its termination date.
Effective immediately, the fund will be closed to new unit purchases.
