Invesco Canada is modifying its lineup of mutual funds, based on a regular review of its products.

Proposed fund merger

Invesco proposes to merge the Invesco Emerging Markets Debt Fund (the terminating fund) into the Invesco Global Bond Fund, effective close of business on July 28, 2017.

The merger requires approval of unitholders of the terminating fund (other than Series D and Series PTFU, both of which will be terminated immediately prior to the merger). Further details will be provided to investors in a proxy package that will be mailed in June and in a management information circular that will be available online.

Series terminations

In addition to Series D and Series PTFU of the terminating fund, Invesco will close the following series (together, the terminating series) at close of business on July 28, 2017:

  • Invesco Core Canadian Balanced Class, Series T8
  • Invesco Global Real Estate Fund, Series T8
  • Invesco Intactive Growth Portfolio, Series T8
  • Invesco Intactive Growth Portfolio Class, Series T8
  • Invesco Intactive Maximum Growth Portfolio, Series T8
  • Invesco Intactive Maximum Growth Portfolio Class, Series T8
  • Invesco Select Canadian Equity Fund, Series T8 and Series T6
  • Trimark Canadian Class, Series T8 and Series T6
  • Trimark Select Balanced Fund, Series T8

Effective immediately, the terminating series are closed to new investors. Only investors that hold such securities may continue to purchase them in an account that already holds such securities.
