Manulife Mutual Funds will be closing some of its funds, including Series IT.

Manulife Mutual Funds will be ending three funds due to limited demand from investors effective on or about December 5, 2014. As of the close of business on or about July 30, 2014, each terminating fund will cease distribution of new securities.

Securityholders will have the right to redeem the securities of each terminating fund up to the close of business on the effective date of the fund termination.

And, effective on or about July 30, 2014, Manulife will close Series IT to all new purchases as a result of limited demand from investors. Current securityholders can continue to hold their units in Series IT.

Securityholders will have the right to redeem the securities of each terminating fund up to the close of business on the effective date of the fund termination.
