Morgan Stanley will increase junior bankers salaries by 25% and reduce their hours to improve employee retention, says Bloomberg.

The firm has also created time-management guidelines for their junior bankers, in addition to holding company conferences on career development.

Worldwide, Morgan Stanley is also increasing the salaries of vice presidents and associates.

Bloomberg reports that associates–those who have worked for a few years at the firm–can earn a base salary between $85,000 and $180,000.
