The Ontario Securities Commission is seeking members for its Small and Medium Enterprises Committee.

The committee advises OSC on matters related to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Its goal is to help businesses that are in pursuit of capital market efficiency, investor protection and economic growth.

The committee of 10 to 15 members meets approximately five times a year, with members serving a one-year term. The SMEC is chaired by Jo-Anne Matear, manager of the Corporate Finance Branch at OSC.
