TD alters residential mortgage rates
TD Canada Trust is changing its mortgage interest rates, effective June 11, 2013, as follows:

| 5-year closed | 3.29% | +0.20% |
*Interest calculated semi-annually. This rate is a discount off of the posted rate. Offer may be changed, withdrawn or extended at any time, without notice. Not available in combination with any other rate discounts, offers or promotions.
