TD Asset Management has announced that is will take over the role of portfolio advisor for the TD Balanced Income Fund, replacing Jarislowsky Fraser Limited, effective on or about December 15, 2011.

Once TDAM takes over, the investment strategies will change to reflect the investment process of the incoming portfolio management team.

The fund will be managed by Michael O’Brien and Christopher Case, both vice-presidents and directors, TDAM. Asset allocation for the fund will be overseen by Geoff Wilson, managing director, TDAM.
