Michael J.R. Nisker, Trez Capital Senior Mortgage Investment Corporation’s president and CEO, will be retiring effective November 11, 2016.

Sandy Manson, who is currently the company’s CFO, will assume the role of president and CEO after Nisker’s departure.

Greg Vorwaller will be appointed to the board to replace Nisker as one of the partnership’s board nominees. Vorwaller is currently president of the partnership. Most recently, he served as executive vice president and global head of capital markets of Cushman & Wakefield, prior to which he served as president and COO of CBRE’s Global Capital Markets business line.
