Union Securities has appointed Ed Duda as senior vice-president and chief financial officer. Despite being the newest member of the firm’s executive committee, Duda brings over 25 years of financial, operational and administrative experience in the financial industry and other sectors.
Within the financial sector he has serves as vice-president, finance and COO at Haywood Securities, as well as a stint as vice-president administration and credit at Blackmont Capital

In his new role, Duda will oversee the streamlining of the financial and regulatory reporting systems, strategic planning, capital management, corporate restructuring, business process re-engineering and maximizing return on investment.
